The "Ta-You Wu Memorial Award" from the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) aims to recognize outstanding young scholars under the age of 42, cultivate future academic elites for the nation, and commemorate the exceptional contributions of Dr. Ta-You Wu. It is one of the most prestigious academic honors in Taiwan.

Professor Pan specializes in  Financial Accounting, Executive Compensation, and  Auditing. In addition to her research accomplishments, her excellence in teaching has been recognized with the College's Outstanding Teaching Award. Professor Pan has demonstrated outstanding achievements in both research and education; this award is a well-deserved honor.
