The College of Technology Management (CTM) is proud to share exciting news once again! Prof. Galit Shmeuli (Institute of Service Science), Prof. I-Chun Tsai (Department of Quantitative Finance), and Prof. Po-Hsuan Hsu (Department of Quantitative Finance) have been named among the World’s Top 2% Scientists 2025, a prestigious ranking released by Stanford University.

This global list, published in collaboration with Elsevier, is based on comprehensive statistics of millions of scientists worldwide, evaluated by their research achievements and academic impact, and is widely recognized for its credibility. The recognition of these three professors, who have long dedicated themselves to impactful research, highlights their outstanding contributions and influence in their respective fields.

This honor not only represents a high-level recognition of our esteemed faculty members but also reaffirms CTM’s strong academic presence in “interdisciplinary integration and innovative governance”, continuing to shine on the international academic stage.
