IMBA
The College of Technology Management of National Tsing Hua University offers International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) program leading to a master’s degree. IMBA program is a full-time, Two-Year MBA program. The program targets at educating industrial management personnel and we encourage applications from all qualified persons interested in the study of management. Individuals holding a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university who have at least two years of working experiences are eligible for consideration. Prior study in business or economics is not a requirement for admission. In the first year, students complete a rigorous core curriculum consisting of several required courses that provide a background for advanced, specialized work in academic majors and professional fields. Each student pursues an internship during the summer following the first year. In the second year, in addition to the master thesis which is required, students have the freedom to elect their courses and typically major in two or three areas. The courses are offered in English by the faculty of University System of Taiwan (UST). The UST, consisting of National Tsing Hua University in Hsinchu, National Chiao Tung Universit y in Hsinchu, National Central University in Jhongli and National Yang-Ming University in Taipei, has the advantage of providing a variety of courses to match the needs for the different specialized professional programs.
