Institute of Law for Science and Technology
The Institute of Law for Science and Technology is a pioneering domestic
educational institute which aims at training advanced “technology law”
professionals. The Institute is a professional school offering legal education
to those who have previously completed a technology-related degree. The program,
which is designed for 3-4 years and divided into 3 stages, is expected to
effectively combine technology and legal training. The entry stage of the
program focuses on the “Fundamental Legal Courses”; the second stage extends to
the “Intellectual Property Related Legal Courses”. The final stage, “Technology
Law Courses” features three optional tracks ,i.e., Environmental Law,
Communications/Information Law and Biotechnology law. The degree to be conferred
is the “Master of Law in Science and Technology”.
